Looking towards the future
Grace Hopper STEM Academy values the pursuit of higher education with schools which match our level of rigor. It is important to expose youth to schools which may peak their interest. Finding the right high school is difficult, but we will try to help you in any way we can. Below are some of the services we provide to assist you in pursuit of your child’s higher education.
High School Night
It all begins with exposure. We have designated parent meetings during the school year dedicated to exposing our students to neighboring high schools.
Shadow Days
Students who are interested in private or magnet schools are encouraged to partake in their individual prospective school’s shadow days. Attendance will cater to all students who wish to participate in these events.
Application Help
Parents who are having issues filling out high school applications are welcome to make an appointment in the front office for assistance from office personnel.
